Tennis elbow massage therapy TorontoTennis & Golfer's Elbow
Two sides of the same forearm — God knows which is which. Golfer's elbow sits on the inside; tennis elbow on the outside. Tennis elbow tends to show up in trades, desk workers, and racquet and pickleball players; golfer's elbow in climbers, lifters, golfers — and desk workers too, in my experience.

Deep tissue massage through the forearm relieves tension, and fascial work targets the irritated tendon area directly. Bracing and reduced activity intensity help early on — don't wear the brace all the time, just during activity and any daily task that aggravates it, taking it off afterward. Once pain is managed, isometric contractions build capacity and rebuild tendon structure, and contrast therapy supports blood flow throughout.

See your doctor first
