Lower cross syndrome massage therapy TorontoLower Cross Syndrome
A tight psoas and tight fascia through the front of the body pull the pelvis into a forward tilt. The classic pattern also includes weak abdominals and glutes, alongside tight low-back muscles. For some people, this pattern adds strain to the low back and can contribute to ongoing pain and future injury.

Psoas release, glute and hamstring engagement, and core activation and low-back release build the foundation, alongside building your own proprioceptive awareness of posture so you can feel and change it yourself. I'm not looking to have a client for life. Though it may be better for my business, I want to help you get the skills and the strength you need to not have to worry about this.
What I Focus On
- Psoas Release
- Glute Engagement
- Core Activation
- Postural Awareness
Typical course: 4–8 weeks to build the strength and awareness, then self-managed.
