Sinus congestion massage TorontoSinus Congestion
Stuffy sinuses that won't drain — from allergies, or a cold that came and went and left the congestion behind. There are four pairs of sinuses; massage reaches the ones above and below your eyes.
Not a diagnosis — for more information, contact me or another trusted healthcare provider.
Something I truly enjoy working on — face massage is more relaxing than you think. Gentle massage loosens tissue, and head positioning encourages drainage — tissues are ready and nose-blowing welcome, I will not take offense. A massage gun with a very soft foam cover at very low pressure is an incredibly effective tool — the vibration helps mobilize stuck mucus. It might be a little scary to look at, but once things start flowing, you'll feel better.
Please don't come in with a cold. I work very closely with people and truly can't afford to get sick. Thanks for understanding.
What I Focus On
- Gentle Massage
- Drainage Positioning
- Massage Gun
Typical course: 1–3 sessions for temporary relief and help moving sinus drainage along — it often recurs, especially with allergies or another cold, so this tends to be something you come back for as needed rather than a one-time fix.
